Red Roof Inn Lexington South

Clean rooms, very clean smell, I enjoy the fridge and microwave along with the TV coverage. The beds have gotten much better but still a bit firm and woke up sore but the lady that helped us was amazing and very professional.

The rooms are updated. Comfortable bed. 8/10 cleanliness. The rooms are clean but not detail clean. If you look you notice a few things but nothing to worry about. Had an issue with the tv which was from the previous guest. I’m guessing hooking up a game console to it but I called the front desk and April was there swiftly to fix it. I recommend checking for things from previous guest and reporting them so you don’t get blamed for their burn holes in the sheets which I did not. And I’m nit picking here but I don’t always have access to a bath so when I do, I take advantage. The water pressure could be better. It takes a while to fill up. I’d say I’m pretty satisfied with my stay all together. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Me and my boyfriend came here sporadically just for one night for my birthday. It was exactly what we were looking for, very cheap and exactly how the picture online looks, clean enough for us, the shower was a little nasty so we didn’t use it, but I have to say, April on the staff team was the sweetest lady I’ve met and if I could personally rate her, I’d give her a 10 out of 10. Not only was she extremely friendly, but she was very personable. We had room service check on us about 10:28 in the morning, they only knocked twice and left, which was very nice. The TV worked perfectly fine, the room was not too hot, and overall we had a really great experience just as a cheap hotel stay.

Room was very nice, had most all the essentials. Beds were clean though there was a stain most likely from mud or something, it is a pet friendly place so it’s expected. They have a small 1 cup coffeemaker, small refrigerator, microwave, it own hair products on a dispenser in the shower. Water pressure and hot water is very nice. The bathtub had some paint chips but very minimal nothing to complain about. It has a hair dryer too which was nice. Beds were a minimum comfort, soft but overall firm, still slept good though the frames were noisy. The walls are thick so practically no neighbor noise. They offer no meals but do have free ice and a vending machine, plus it’s very close to all the restaurants you’ll need so….. Overall a good stay!! Will stay again.

The only reason I stay here is because of the wonderful customer service that April provides. She always is welcoming to all of her customers but especially her travel nurses which is rented to a lot of nurses from the hospital. Red roof if lucky to have her. If anything happened to her they would lose a lot of business.

Stayed here again for a class. Everything was clean, economical and I enjoyed my stay. I was in town overnight for a class at the Seminary. Stayed here because of the budget room. Windy helped me get my reservation taken care of and checked into my room. She was was awesome, polite and very helpful. Windy put me into one of the renovated rooms and it was very nice. The room was clean and I thought very economical. As I continue my classes I will stay here again!

This is a very clean, cost effective hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Marla and April are always friendly and go out of their way to help! 5/5 would recommend! This location is also conveniently located, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The lady at the front desk was very professional. The price was right. My room was spotless. I could not ask for more.
